Step 1: Make the Pudding Base
 Whisk together pudding mix & almond milk until thick (~2 minutes). 
 Fold in vanilla extract & whipped topping until smooth.            
Step 2: Layer the Dessert
 In a dish or individual cups, layer:
- Pudding mixture
 - Banana slices
 - Strawberries
 - Crushed graham crackers 
 Repeat layers, ending with pudding on top. 
Step 3: Chill & Serve
 Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 
 Garnish with extra fruit & graham crackers, serve chilled!
