Instructions:
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Apples
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and grate them into a bowl.
Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until frothy. Add the vanilla extract, melted butter, and grated apples. Stir well to combine.
Add the Dry Ingredients
Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture. Gently fold until you get a smooth batter. Add the raisins and mix them evenly throughout the batter.
Bake the Dessert
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
Allow the dessert to cool before slicing. Enjoy it plain or with a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
