- Apples: 2, peeled and diced
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons (for apples)
- Cinnamon: A pinch
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Egg: 1
- Salt: A pinch
- Vanilla Sugar: 8 grams
- Sugar: 60 grams (for batter)
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil: 50 ml
- Yogurt: 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Flour: 250 grams (about 2 cups)
- Soft Sugar: For sprinkling

- Prepare the Apple Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced apples, 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, and honey. Cook for about 5 minutes until the apples soften and become fragrant. Set aside and let the filling cool. - Prepare the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and 60 grams of sugar until smooth. Add the cornstarch, oil, and yogurt, mixing well to combine. - Add Dry Ingredients:
Gradually sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until a soft dough forms, but be careful not to overwork it.

- Assemble the Pastries:
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into squares or circles. Place a spoonful of the apple filling in the center of each piece. Fold the edges over to seal the filling inside. - Bake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). Place the pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown. - Serve:
Let the pastries cool slightly before dusting with soft sugar. Enjoy them
